Payment plans are available based upon circumstance. Maximum 6 week payment plan. However, we can work with you for larger purchases.
Purchase Agreement
All buyers agree to our terms of service before making a purchase. Furthermore it is the buyers sole responsibility to read the care sheet provided after purchase.
Shipping Policy
We only ship to FEDEX HUBS and through FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Wednesday.
Note you will be required to pick up your dragon from the FedEx Hub. Upon pickup you will need your tracking number as well as State ID or Driver's License to obtain your bearded dragon. This is for the animal's utmost safety.
If you have a death on arrival (DOA) you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with a quality photo and/or video clip of the deceased dragon to verify whether you were available upon delivery of your dragon. Be advised that we receive notifications the minute your order has been delivered. Please save all package material as it may be needed to ship the reptile back. A refund will be issued for the price of the dragon only, excluding shipping fees. We also do not cover veterinary bills.
If weather is deemed unsafe to ship, we will hold the dragon until it is safe at no extra cost to you.
Local pickup is available for Tennessee residents and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Terms of Service:
A MINIMUM deposit of 25% (NONREFUNDABLE) is required to hold any dragon. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Dragon sexes are not guaranteed under 3 months old, but we do our best to provide the most accurate information possible. All pictures of available dragons are unedited using natural or photo box lighting. We strive to represent the aesthetics of each animal and to delivery on the expected colors as displayed on our site. However, we cannot predict or forecast how the dragon will look as it grows as each dragon will develop differently.
Any sale may be declined, especially if the circumstances bring forth concerns that an animal may not be properly cared for.
We will never knowingly post or offer for sale any reptiles in poor health or that are known to be infectious. We will do our due diligence to give you the most detailed description of your dragon of interest, whether it be a toe or tail nip, type, or morph of dragon, eating habits/diet, sex, weight, etc.
We stand behind or motto and belief of raising and developing the highest quality reptiles with the best of health. All Reptiles sold comes with a 30-day health guarantee with proper care, handling, and husbandry being met.
Please note: Failure to communicate declining health and/or any issues and concerns, that could have been solved with our direction and help before becoming a big issue, can in turn void your health guarantee. Communication is key!
